Memberships are available to eligible patients following a clinical evaluation. Prescription medications and treatments are provided only when appropriate and recommended by a provider.

Essential Wellness Membership
A hormone and wellness-focused option for patients exploring ongoing TRT or BHRT care.
- Monthly provider-directed hormone therapy option, such as estradiol cypionate or testosterone cypionate, when clinically appropriate.
- Choose two monthly intramuscular MegaBurn or B12 injections
- Lab monitoring and a Meyer’s Cocktail IV after six months
- Six-month commitment

Enhanced Wellness Membership
A medical weight management option that includes Semaglutide, along with additional wellness support.
- One vial of Semaglutide per month, if prescribed by your provider
- Choose one monthly intramuscular MegaBurn or B12 injection
- Meyer’s Cocktail IV and a lab update after six months
- Six-month commitment

A wellness option combining Semaglutide, hormone support, and monthly injections, when clinically appropriate.
- One vial of Semaglutide per month, if prescribed by your provider
- Choose one monthly hormone option: estradiol cypionate for female patients or testosterone cypionate for male patients
- Choose one monthly intramuscular injection: MegaBurn or Vitamin D
- Beginning in month six, receive a Meyer’s Cocktail IV and lab monitoring
- Six-month commitment

VIP Wellness Membership
A comprehensive option combining medical weight management, hormone care, and a monthly aesthetic or IV treatment selection.
- Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and appropriate hormone therapy, as determined by your provider
- Choose one monthly option from Lumecca, EvolveX, Meyer’s Cocktail IV, Diolaze, microneedling with an add-on, or Jeuveau
- Choose one MegaBurn or B12 intramuscular injection every three months
- One 250 mg NAD+ IV infusion every six months
- Twelve-month commitment
